Stuck In Bootloop When Battery Charged Up >=10%

Hey,

i have a problem with my Redmi Note 3 Pro. Everything works fine when Battery level not higher than 10%.
Every time i charge the Battery in Homescreen when it reach 10% or more, the phone freeze and stuck in a bootloop.
I turned the phone in fastboot edl mode and flashed a lot of official roms. Nothing worked.
I can't get into recovery mode with Vol + and Power Button. Instead i get a screen with a Smartphone and a link cable in black.

I have no ideas what to do next...
