New Bluetooth Keeps Disconnecting When Sleep

When the phones goes to sleep (and any audio app is in the background) the Bluetooth headphones disconnects when you turn off sleep it connects again.
If you leave the app open and then the phone sleeps it is ok, i presume this is because when you leave the app open a MIUI full screen audio widget kicks in which is probably stopping the phone going into full sleep mode.

Any ideas how to fix, iv tried putting the Bluetooth app on no restrict in battery settings but not working.

I have a Redmi Pro 8.1.2 stable version.

I found out how to fix that, the setting is hidden
1. Download MIUI Downloader from play store
2. Open MIUI Downloader and clock Hidden features tab
3. Scroll down to 'Smart Scenes' and disable the sleep option

That will fix your issue
