[problem]bootloop. Cannot Boot Into Fastboot Or Recovery Mode

Hi. I was installing TWRP 3-0-2 from Xiaomi EU TWRP after Clean memory, system, cache, etc, reboot to Recovery but phone does not boot either in Recovery or Fastboot mode, only keeps vibrating repeatedly. Any solution?

Have you tried download mode? Do you have access to it?

Cannot access any mode. If I put battery on the phome and try to boot in any button combination, phone only vibrates, no logo, no soung, nothing more than continue vibrations

my can Boot Into Fastboot you see the pic that all on fastboot that i cant doing further he doing nothing further

On Recovery Mode he say fail
too reset too factory
how can i reset the phone !!!
who can help my !!
