Update From Stable Xiaomi 8.2.5.0 To Current Miui 8.3 7.4.13/14

Actually I have Stable Xiaomi 8.2.4.0 Global (MCFMIDL) and I want to change to MIUI 8.3 7.4.13/14.
I already install TWRP, and ROOTed with SuperSU.

It's needed wipe DATA and/or SYSTEM in recovery or only Cache and Dalvik is enough?

Hi ingbrzy, regarding the last weekly update on 19th May. How come the rom updated even it's not there in miui official releases as they have not released any update last week?
Are you sharing any ported version? Just curious. Thanks.
