I don't know what I did in permissions suddenly all details in contact list are missing.
I checked the rules in contact list is set to allow.
What else could be blocking the numbers to display?

Solved by ryncing , don't know why this happened.
Only issue is my WhatsApp 1&2 shows different total no of phone contacts. Whereas I have 250contact numbers in my account so both WhatsApp should reflect the same .

Try to enable Sync option from your phone's notification panel.
