No Mac Address And Bt Address! Efs??

my device it does not activate the wifi and the bloutooh does not see the devices even though it is activated ..!

1. I tried to do full wipe and install the last stable .UE nothing!
2. I put in fastboot mode done first command fastboot erase modem then i have installed the original firmware developer firm .. nothing.

The imei is good ONLY MAC Address and BT ..
i think is efs corrupted .. but i'm not find a bakup of IDO only kenzo etc !

can you help me !

Backup your data & install xiaomi fastboot china rom with flash all option (full wipe).
See if it's work, and then you can install twrp & miui eu
