Deleting Everything Mi Note Pro

Hello. I am selling my Mi Note Pro and I want to delete everything on my phone.I am currently running 8.5.1.0 stable. I did a Factory reset on TWRP and some files on internal storage are not deleting. It wipes the apps, photos, music on the phone but when I connect the phone to the PC i can see the folders of the apps that I used previously and the files in them. What can I do to solve this?

I know. It is a nice phone.But I already bought a while ago a OnePlus 3T. The fingerprint was important for me.

can't you just do factory reset from phone itself? I think it wipes everything.

Nu.I can't do a factory reset from phone because I have the custom recovery.
