Facebook Live Low Fps On Redmi Note 4 (global)

I keep running into a weird issue with when using FB Live, the update onscreen is about 2fps and the recording as well. Instagram Live is full speed, so it is kinda weird.

This happens with the Global Stable Rom on Miui8, the Global Dev Rom (Miui9) and tonight I flashed it to xiaomi.eu last weekly Dev and still the same.

Has anyone run into this problem and fixed it or know how to fix it?

Do you run power saver
And check for data background in app setting

I do not run power saver and background data setting is fine.
