Mi Cloud Problems

Hi, since mid December my daily backup is not working
and in addition I have no access to last backup.
This is not only a problem for my MI MIX 2, same issue with
my Redmi Note 4. I have enough space (24 GB used from 40 GB),
additional space is valid until July 2018.
Can anyone help me?
