No, I'm afraid it won't boot into OS without wipe. I don't want to install from beginning. Am I wrong?

TWRP is installed with TWRP itself or with fastboot, not with OS. Wipe data or even format data is necessary when your are on a different ROM than eu. You can make a backup of your data in TWRP before installing eu-ROM.
Fastboot commands:

fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img
