New Redmi Pro Can Not Install Same Apps

I have the same bug even with 8.4.19.
For example I can't install deezer or eurosport from play store.
It downloads start installing and after some minutes (5 min or more) phone soft reboots without installing the app.

I have a Redmi note 3 SE (kate)
