New Xiaomi mi mix 2 Update problem

My phone is currently working on: Miui 9 / 8.3.8
The updater program offers me to download "Chanlog 8.6.28" but when I want to update. The updater stops working and tells me to send a message to MI.
What can I do?
I still be on Miui 9 / 8.3.8

Version 8.6.28 is MIUI 10 (weekly). Not possible to update from MIUI 9 like this.
You need to download the ROM to your PC, then make a full wipe (including data + storage!) in TWRP, then adb push the new downloaded ROM to your device and make a clean install from recovery.

and I'm waiting for days to update xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix2_8.7.5_v10-8.0, but I didn't get this update with the OTA updater app.

The updater app didn't get up new update two weeks ago, but I got it last week, so the problem was solved.
