After last update,Mi shutdown and was stuck at mi page. TRIED fastboot but nothing happened still stuck HELP!!!

nobody can help without detail of what you've done and what is your phone state.
access to twrp? NO, FLASH IT AGAIN. OR BOOT in any twrp you have in your computer.
If you only access to fastboot you must flash a fastboot official Xiaomi rom via MIFLASH tool and then flash twrp.
