I also got an issue with google assistant power button shottcut on whyred. Voice command works fine, but pushing button makes no effect.

For some stupid reason we now have to hold the button down on the Mi MIx3 like a walkie-talkie when we talk to google assistant. I hope this will get fixed asap.

I see an error, when you lock the phone and u turn on the screen with a finger sensor, some application stay black for 5-8 seconds

Perhaps this was asked several times but for some reasons, nothing works for me. I a dipper (mi8) which I cannot make it boot in this EU ROM.
I have already done several techniques with no success.
1. Flashing via TWRP - loading in boot screen forever (wiped everything)
2. Using adb push installation - same results
3. Using MiTool by Francesco Tescare - same results

Flashing official stable and developer no problem at all.

Any advice?

My Redmi Note 5 Whyred got a charging issue with this rom but I have no clue what it comes from: Android 9, the rom, or some bad installation (I could have missed some wipe).

My purpose is to limit the battery charge at 80% to make it to last longer.
The app Battery Charge Limit worked fine up to the previous beta rom (Android 8.1, MIUI 10.3, 9.3.14).

With this rom (Android 9, MIUI 10.3 9.3.28), it can't stop the charge any more.
I tried to set manually the content of the control files (0 in charging_enabled and 1 in input_suspend), but the system always override it with its own value after about one second. This explains why Battery Charge Limit can't stop the charge.

Am I the only one to face this issue?

Is there any way to stop the battery charge with this rom or, at least, to prevent Android 9 to override the content of the control files as soon as they are modified?

Usually, a new beta rom appears each week on friday.

We said FORMAT DATA. it is different.
IN twrp:
WIPE/FORMAT DATA/YES
save your data before!

I saw some screenshot of settings have with dark mode on so I was wondering if it's normal mine isn't. Thx for answering.

Ok I got a mix 2 normal and my settings app aren't dark but the rest is . I tried to clear data of the app but it doesn't do anything . Since when do you got the settings app dark mode ?? Since the dark mode was launch or recently ???
