"OK Google" is working on my Mi 8. At least i can enable it and it's working for the moment. Will see if it persists.
No issues with Fingerprint.

Both working fine on my Mi 8, did Update, not a clean install. Maybe you could try to switch your Phone to English language, to proov it is not a translation bug...
