Rollback from miui 11 beta to miui 10 beta

Can i rollback from miui 11 beta to last miui 10 beta on my mi mix 3? or there are a problem?
i must rollback because before update i have screen resolution setting on 720p... and now in miui 11 "change resolution" no exist...so now I have the phone block on 720p

According to table here Mi Mix 3, doesn't have rollback protection. So it's possible. But i would double check it for example on XDA, just search the forum threads as i know for Mi 9, there were some problems with phones witch was bought not from official seller. Some hard bricked. But the problems were with closed xiaomi beta, witch leaked.

I buy my mi mix 3 in MI official store in italy (milano) so i can try to flash last miui 10 and then flash again miui 11?

As i said before, according to link i gave you, you can. Rollback is not forbidden on your device (perseus) by Xiaomi. But every flash is a risk. So i would check if someone who did it before had problems.
