Yes, I'm the CDMA Desire maintainer. I'm not sure if there is a currently a MIUI-wide donation setup, we had one earlier this month to raise money for purchasing vBulletin. We were fortunate in raising ~$270 in 3 days to purchase the forum software. Donations to me help keep dphase.net, our main ROM mirror, up and running. We've transferred roughly a half terrabyte in the past 3 weeks alone from my server.
