    The same thing happened to me as well. Where I tried to downgrade and then I reflashed the correct ROM and it worked without any issues. I don't see how I mislead him.

    Yes you need to format data when you downgrade. If you flash the current ROM again, it will work normally.

    Just did exactly like you said on my 12x and it's working so far. I'll report back in a few hours and days. Edit: Rebooted the phone and it doesn't work anymore. I guess you got lucky.

    Just flashed it on my 12X and it works flawlessly. Very very smooth. Way better than the last MIUI 13 beta.

    [HowTo] Install Recovery image

    I followed the thread and first booted to recovery. Then formated data then flashed the recovery as ram disk then flashed the ROM and it was all okay. I was able to see all my files because I didn't have a lock screen pin code.
