Install any Miui rom and update this rom with the Miui updater app. CWM will be gone and stock recovery will be accessible again.

I have the same bug and that's the only bug I found so far (except for the black camera screen). Battery life seems good, almost 2 hours since I plugged out the charger and still 99% battery... ART is also working without any problems. It's a very smooth rom, but not as functional as CM10.2...
