Weekly is based on the beta weekly version released by Xiaomi, stable on the stable version. No you cannot get weekly updates for stable, obviously ;). You can install weekly ROM and get updates weekly. Note switching from stable to weekly requiere data format.

I don't have your device , nor have any idea about this app, but do you have Smart scenes option enabled in your battery settings ? That option may cause some unexpected behaviour. It is the second thing I disable right after Autostart madness in the betas :)

What is you device?. Absolutely not true for venus. Some betas got a charging bug but that is solved already.
