YT PiP does not work at all on venus. Nothing about this ROM, since it doesn't work on global or EEA for me. Also it never worked as a popup on any ROM I've tested. I don't care about the YT app, so never reported that bug or feature ;) Probably, the best thing to do is to report the issues...
