Wait until stable is available, because if you flash weekly, you will need to wipe data to roll back to stable. It is a zip file and you place it (un-extracted) on your device and use install from TWRP and just choose that file.

I don't see stable roms for "Mido" - "HMNote4X" there is two for "Nickel" but they are not for your device. Edit: - If you flash developer "HMNote4", no wonder your having problems, you flashed wrong rom.

Screenshot 1 are recovery roms, Screenshot 3 is the correct fastboot rom to use. The roms linked here are custom roms, if you want to go back to factory you need official rom.

I was talking about unlocking a device you have already unlocked officially. It is a waiting game for new device and you need to be on an official rom to unlock for the first time.

It was an instant unlock, since you already have permission for your account.

Did you copy them off your device? Flashing in EDL mode would have wiped your data partition. Edit: Sorry for not mentioning doing backups in the steps, I listed earlier. I forgot not all devices have an sdcard for backups.
