@jackyle I would not use this TWRP from TeamWin, you should use the recommended TWRP, which I have linked. Another user in this forum got also problems with TeamWin TWRP. MD5 is a checksum to check if the downloaded file is not corrupted. 7 zip for example can check the downloaded zip file.
