Found the culprit: I disabled miui clock with some alarms set and I installed google clock instead. Re-enabled miui clock, removed alarms, disabled again and problem solved. What is strange is that with google clock now I don't see that icon even if an alarm is set... So now I removed google...

I have a permanent alarm icon on top right yet no alarm is set. When I turn off phone, at the bottom of reboot/poweroff screen I read "Shutdown alarm 20 Jan 5pm" ??????

EASY: toggle HARD: settings, sims and connections, click on SIM 2, disable :-D

You are the 3rd one complaining. I was the first one and was told it's my problem. Then a second one came a d now you. If I go back to .13 I solve. Which phone you have? How long after flashing has the problem reappeared?

The Mi11 has no twrp so cannot clear cache. Do not have magisk. Will try with a fixed channel.
