Android Auto is not a Xiaomi system app, but a Google system app which can be updated via the playstore if an update is available

Use "fastboot flash recovery_ab twp.img" and then "fastboot reboot recovery". Look at the first and second post in this thread

While using the camera app or when it's closed?

I don't think that draining 10% in an hour is a problem, depending on how heavy the use is. Browsers like chrome tend to drain more battery because it actually is a bit more processor-heavy than some other normal apps

Just go to advanced > scroll down and select "flash current TWRP", which is the 3rd to last option there. Click it and swipe to flash

You have to use a custom recovery, if your rom is a recovery version.

Look at my signature, I've linked the appropriate A13 TWRP there Or just use this link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/recovery-for-xiaomi-devices/files/venus/twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.6_A13-venus-skkk.img/download

If you want to update from now on, you will need to update via TWRP (or any other working custom recovery capable of flashing a ROM)

Updating via TWRP worked perfectly on my MI 11 and Xiaomi 12 Pro. Rooting via Magisk.zip diractly after worked too. So far happy with this ROM, aside that the settings still show the update dot. Quick edit: The "update available"-dot disapperad

Use a USB 2 Port and original cable and try again. If that doesn't work, try downloading the ROM again

Running smoothly so far on my Mi 11 and 12 Pro. Also, since A13 TWRP is available for more devices, will future update include (some) recovery versions?

When it doesn't work on a differnt phone which doesn't use xiaomi.eu, it has nothing to do with the ROM. Talk to your carrier about that

I can't send files with the file manager (version 4.4.2.4) on both my Mi 11 and Xiaomi 12 Pro. sharing images etc via gallery works. As an example, if I wanted to send a .zip file via Nearby share, I would go to the file manager, long press on the file, select "share", then "nearby share" (or...

If I first flash it to recovery_ab using your command and then do "fastboot boot twrp.img", it won't boot to twrp and stays in fastboot. Here is the code from cmd: D:\Downloads\xiaomi.eu_multi_XM12Pro_V14.0.22.12.19.DEV_v14-13-fastboot>fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp.img target reported max...
