Today I tried to charge again with QC3. Definetely no quick charge possible. Had to use standard charger and it loads very slow. Now at home I flashed back to 9.4.12 and quick charge is working again.

Same experience on whyred (RN 5) yesterday. It started with quick charge and suddenly stopped charging at all. Had to use a standard charger to get energy. Have to check it next time.

whyred: double tap to switch off screen doesn't work on home screen. Only works in lockscreen and other screens. EDIT: sorry, I found out it's because of the clock/weather widget. Need to tap on free space. Mi calculator will be updated via Play Store and overrides the new features. So better...

9.2.21, whyred when swiping left to smart assistant the color of font and symbols in statusbar change to black. You have to reinstall the theme to get it back to white. As fix I've temporary deactivated the smart assistant for now.
