Is there anyway to apply the home buttons from the previous build? They are restored to default.

Just flashed the latest firmware on my Kate and got stock... Unable to enter recovery, only fastboot and can't do nothing from there. Tried to flash via Miflash, but got this error? To Mi logo is shown from 1 second and the it shuts down. Would be great if somebody has any ideas.
