i think you should try to fastboot boot twrp.img(older one twrp3.5.1 version) format data, copy 12.5 rom to internal... and then flash this one.

how did you expect to flash miui 13 on twrp? first there is not a good working twrp for ultra and there is not a twrp miui13 stable rom... If you want to flash stable miui13 use fastboot... So run the script with format data At least thats what i am thinking If you are going from weekly...

you only want to have working twrp for wiping cache and dalvik? Because there is no rom you can flash using twrp yet:(

I think you can update to weekly from .eu stable to .eu weekly... But if there's are issues do format to solve. Other way around you can't btw

make backup, copy to pc. flash latest a11 release, setup/restore backup, then fastbnoot update latest weekly, so no format just update bat file and storage issues are not there

when you boot to twrp do you boot to 3.6.0 or 3.5.1? perhaps you can boot to 3.5.1 and then reboot bootloader?

i see you have twrp 3.6.0. cant you choose reboot fastboot in twrp menu
