If the contact app is not themed then you have to downgrade it. Root required. Unzip zip and install downgrade apk, start it and select the contacts app.http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/608e6bc6f2e97/Downgrade.zip Superwitschi Designs

Also a bug in contacts app. If you choose a other theme the dialer is default one in dark mode. I downgradet the contacts app an now the dialer is themed. Superwitschi Designs
