try again, this happened to me when trying to update the ROM for the first time. Mine also got stuck. Basically: reboot back to fastboot => flash the update file again NOTE: make sure the device shows up when using the fastboot command "fastboot devices"

I have indeed successfully upgraded, I didn't use the build from androidfilehost. I used the one from Sourceforge, and that worked fine on my mi 10. Yesterday (Friday) I saw that I could update (ROM rebuild), but that isn't needed as I successfully upgraded.
