I've uninstalled but I think if you remove it from the app it's the same.

Did a further test: Reached target temperature and turned off automatically. Disconnected from the electricity and connected in another room. Manually turned on and it started heating at 900W, when the decreasing temperature on the external sensor reached 15.7 passed automatically to 1300W...

Uninstalled.

Seems so... Will keep testing.

Removed the app and set it to 18º on the heater, reached 17.1º on the external sensor and it turned off automatically. Reached 16.1 and it turned back on...

Manual says it has constant temperature mode so it's not meant to work like it is now.... It's a bit retarded to release a heater in this age of times and not do it like a simple convector does....

Don't forget to press the wifi button several seconds...

I have a similar automation setup but relying on the heater sensor. Will get a hub and do it from the external temp sensor

I'm also trying the automation. Turn on below 18º and off above 19º.

The right temperature is shown when the heater is turned off. When turned on the heater slowly builds temperature but the difference to the real temperature increases. I need to turn it off to know the real temperature and then back on and decrease the target temperature so that it consumes...

Same problem, heater doesn't react to the temperature. Need always to go manual. What a waste. Xiaomi needs to update the firmware. I just don't know what kind of QC they have by releasing an appliance with those faults....
