    Did you install the appropriate drivers on your PC? On your device in developer options: Did you enable OEM unlock and USB debugging? And did you register your device here under Mi unlock status? And then did yo reboot your device in fastboot mode? Maybe this tutorial can help you...

    You are not supposed to do that on Xiaomi.eu, because all Xiaomi apps are patched. If you want original apps use original ROM.

    As far as I can remember for Google Assistenet there are components needed from official global release of the firmware. So you need to wait.
