Try to log out from xiaomi services and disable Google automatic restore/backup. If there isn't any changes... You can try only to reinstal rom again. Wipe data in twrp also. Don't login into xiaomi account, use only needed Google services, avoid for now use of Google location services...

You'll need to flash again. Try also to wipe data/factory reset in twrp. Don't restore private data and apps/settings if you have made backup(through xiaomi local or cloud, or through titanium) . First check if rom works without issue, then if neded restore files/apps. To be sure redownload...

Try to change language of rom to English, clear dalvik and cache from twrp. If nothing changed, Redownload rom try to do that from pc, wipe data or factory reset from twrp then flash rom again. Sent from my 2014813 using Tapatalk
