This was a very bad update, bricked many phones. All users from en.miui.com had the same problems! Thanks to all developers for the weekly ROMS and for the hard work, but i don't understand why they released this update without testing it. http://en.miui.com/thread-420091-176-1.html

For Kenzo users that updated this ROM via OTA and have problems with launcher, black screen after enter pin card, and can't do anything on your phone, you have to go to a computer, log in on your google account play store and install some other launcher. After that you can use your Redmi Note 3...

It's better to wait for officialy permission unlock. Wait for about 3 days.

After "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" when you reboot the phone with "fastboot reboot" keep also Power+Vol+ pressed. In this way the phone will reboot in twrp mode. After this will work !
