I had this issue. Reboot into recovery mode (Power+VolUp) and clear data, then reboot and you'll be fine. No need to use Linux.

Mine connects to LTE with bands 3 and 7 (1800 and 2600Mhz) - it reports no connection on 5G. Edit: it also showed an LTE connection on band 1 - briefly, before switching to 7.

I've just used the script provided with a different fastboot.exe, and that worked nicely, no problems. It seems to be a fastboot.exe problem.

Will replacing the fastboot.exe with a different one solve the problem - meaning will it then flash correctly in one go? (still waiting for my device to get unlocked)

When the bootloader gets unlocked. Clicking UNLOCK now will not do anything to the device, it just starts the countdown on your account. You'll have to wait a week and then try unlocking it again for the device to get wiped and the bootloader unlocked.

Click the button and it will warn you about wiping the phone (once or twice even), and then first check your phone an Mi account, then tell you there's a mandatory 168 hour waiting time. That will then start and be linked to you Mi account. I just checked again, and the countdown is now at...

78 hours to go untill unlock :/

The Mi 10 Ultra has an X55 modem, which is the same as in the Mi 10 5G. So the hardware should be able to support the bands any Mi 10 5G does, that is if Xiaomi hasn't crippled the hardware in any way. It's going to be interesting to see if the enabled bands can be altered in the ROM in any way...
