    You can't install it because you need unlocked bootloader, and there is no developer rom yet so you have to wait unfortunately... :/

    It has 4 cores clocked at 1.4 ghz and 2 cores clocked at 1.8 ghz... As for the battery it is not necessary to have this option because sd 650 is power efficiency.

    You have to install Google app and Google now launcher then go to settings->installed apps->(at the bottom) defaults->launcher and change to Google now.
