    Try twrp 3.2.3-1227 And fastboot boot, not fastboot flash After boot into 1227, install rom, and then install 3.3.1

    install -> install image -> select new twrp file and recovery partition

    Unlocked and already has TWRP installed. It stuck on TWRP logo, not Mi logo :D I'm reinstalling

    You don't use Xiaomi services/app, it doesn't mean other doesn't use too. Using MIUI without Xiaomi services and app, why don't you buy another phone with Android one, other other brand?
