Sorry, I thought you had a problem with the contacts sync, like I had before. Otherwise that, my Bluetooth works fine on my car (mi2s phone).

Had the same problem, I could just see a few contacts on my car system. You need to manually share them (select all contacts, share via Bluetooth and select your car) wait a little for the synchronization to complete.

This is inside a folder from the homescreen, right? Just create another folder and delete the old one. These folders with recommended apps suggestions are from the official Global rom, maybe you just renamed one of those to Juegos.

Tested! Touch problem still there. If it helps, this problem started between 5.9.17 and 5.9.24. I can only remember two changes from my side: started using superSU (your tip) and flashing with TWRP. Some of the other users with this touch problem, apps sometimes not open on the first touch...

Wait, before flashing again the Fastboot rom, try flashing sMiUi with TWRP. Version 5.9.24 and above didn't work with MiRecovery for me too.

Are you sure that you flashed the rom to system 1? TWRP is only able to flash system 1. Just to be sure, install CWM, change active partition to system 1, reinstall TWRP and than reflash the rom.
