for me it was the only solution to solve the problem, TWRP is ok.

This is a bug in ROM for mi2s...the solution is to update via custom recovery, follow this guide http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/guide-recovery-twrp-how-to-install-a-custom-recovery-on-miui-v6-v7.28465/ and install ROM via twrp, I had the same problem..

ok, but with the latest ROM the phone is locked in boot on logo mi.com, and I had to use miflash and fastboot to restore mi2s losing all my data!! Please test ROM before release it...many problems in this new project seb !

you must install version smiui Normal via Updater app, not through cwm, there is a no working cwm to install smiui mi2s

@sebsch1991 for new version of smiui you can also pre-install by default app SuperSu? With version no Aroma for mi2s, and therefore without cwm recovery installation supersu is not successful! Thanks
