Yes you can swap between normal and Tele lens in *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* with the correct version by pressing front/back toggle twice in quick succession

Yes you do get update notifications but they aren't ota updates. It's manually full rom flashing through twrp every time, full sized rom download. But you can reboot to ecovery from the updater.
