See the release notes.
I assume you had a wipe before and restored your data with MIUI backup while you where on MiCore.
Solution is in the release notes.
Minimum cpu frequency is dynamic.
That means it scales the minimum frequency up and down to operate properly.
Low (384mhz) for small tasks and when screen is off and higher (918mhz) when you use your phone a lot.
If you keep track of the CPU states you will notice 384mhz is used a lot as well...

We only saw some screens, far from finished a long long time ago.
Futher we don't know anything we can only guess the base is Kitkat and from what I saw very eyecandy.
As Acid already said this is all we can say
I am searching some people who have TrueDualBoot enabled and want to test the new version of MiCore.
To be sure factory resets are over. Send me a private message
Would be the best if you had a reset before.
Makes the test more valid
Ok something else then.
Download terminal emulator from playstore.
Typ the following
su
cat /proc/kmsg > /sdcard/kmsg.log
Keep terminal running till your phone has a random reboot again.
When your phone is rebooted send the file on your sdcard called kmsg.log
