The xiaomi.eu stable ROM is based on China stable ROM, not weekly beta. That is why the stable ROM is less frequently updated compared to betas.

Does your power usage stats show the device to be awake even when the screen is off? Do you have fingerprint unlock enabled? If you answer yes to both, try disabling fingerprint unlock.
