I really cannot tell by just looking at the box. But, the model of my Mi 9 is the same as yours which is M1902F1G and it came with global ROM, not EEA.

I too faced the same no deep sleep issue with my Mi 9, even after a factory reset. What I did to solve it was to root and install NapTime from PlayStore.

I am using a Mi 9 and I have the same issue. The phone will keep on vibrating until I end the call. A workaround for my phone is, after answering the call, I just swipe down on the status bar and the vibration stops.
