In installed apps disable notifications for everything related: Mi account, Mi cloud, Xiaomi framework, Xiaomi sim activation etc. That should stop the message

Are you sure the bootloader was officially unlocked? This usually happens on unofficial unlock Xiaomi.eu roms are not locking the bootloader, the only possibility I can think about is than your kenzo was on Lollipop stable rom before, you flashed MM and that`s probably the reason for relock...
