I think you switch between Android 8 and Android 9, so clean install is highly recommended i think this is how it is designed. Already had this on stock rom. I think xiaomi thinks "he saw that one, no need to still show it on the lockscreen"

It´s working sicne the current release. Problem was because 3rd party notifications were not working within miui and so could not be forwarded towards the watch because they didn´t got recognized. had the same problem

Are you Using "non active Mode" for battery saving? It is an intelligent save Mode implemented by Xiaomi, you find it in the battery settings. Enabled by Default i think

There are a lot versions of this mod (or do you mean the playstore version?). Some work and some do not (depends on the phone). Not really rom related i think (i am using the app from one developer, but only this version. Others also do not work for me)

Try updating your rom, it is quite outdated. There was an error adding credit cards, i don´t really remember how old this bug was, but there was one. I can confirm it working on current release and back to Rom Version 8.8.2/3

I also had to wipe, bootloop was the only thing working upgradin from Android 8 => Android 9
