Yes, you need to flash magisk after every update, if you want root of course.

Hi, I flashed the last stable build for my Santoni Redmi 4X. If I want to flash the latest beta, what should I do ? Sorry if it was already asked, couldn't find it. Wipe data/cache is enough ? Or the best would be to wipe internal and clean flash ? Thanks for answers & help !
