Pay someone to flash it under EDL mode, my phone was stuck in fastboot, and fixed by this method. Don't waste time to try any miflash. Not work at all.

My mistake is watching the video in this post, click update bat directly not the first time install bat. The vedio title is "Update guide on the video" I think it update from Miui 12 to 12.5, but actually it is update for Miui 12.5 itself. When running in Miui 12, MUST install the first time...

Update. I change different supplier. MMS now working. So I think MIUI may be not fully support some mobile services or certain Sim.

Found it is mobile supplier trouble. may not solve it..not MIUI or Mi11 trouble.

Same, new Sim replaced, but still stuck in “Downloading” or “Expired”!!

Also, I am going to repaly the sim card to have a try.

Hi, Ingbrzy, check my edit post. it is still not working. I think the MIUI have bugs when have 2 cards.
