For me lastest version has the best battery life and the only problem that i found (i have to test it more) is that spotify closes after +/- 2 min of music whith the screen off

All the times i updated i only flashed the rom and then the gapps.it always worked without problems

Everybody who want a app, settings, calls....use titanium backup (free) works perfect con lollipop it wont win a design award but its so effective

How many time did the phone take until android loads?i installed it but i only ser the black screen and doesnt boot

Im with khon twrp the same gapps but i resized partition deleting the second partition....i didnt have any reboot the only problem is that there are random lags using chrome or youtube

im with khaon twrp so i cant help you with this and in cm12 it only remplaces the recovery if you activate the option in developer option

As usually flash with cmw por twrp after full wipe ...after mi logo you will see a black screen (no bootanimation) before it loads. Its rooted by default

Im going to test it now ...did you try making calls?

ma i flashed over the 0302 version and i had to reinstall gapps (pico gapps from paranoid) im with khaon twrp and i didnt have more problems...maybe the fiile you download is corrupted so try to download a second time and flash it...

Now you can make calls with whatsapp only someone who have it activated have to call you and answer it.You need the beta apk that you can download it in http://www.whatsapp.com/android/ If you want it send me a private message and i'll call you DONT post your numbers in comments....and sorry...
