On the updater it says "Currently Installed: MIUI 9 | 8.3.8 | Weekly" which was over 6 weeks ago, yet when I try to update it tells me I'm already up to date. Why can't I update to latest?

I am going to be going from China to Hong Kong soon, I was wondering if it is possible to get the Mi Roaming app on Xiaomi.EU? I see the app has been pulled out of Global but I really don't want to go back to the Chinese ROM :(

I downloaded Alipay from Google Play, I'm currently living in China but prefer to use xiaomi.eu than the Chinese ROM's. In the Chinese MIUI 8 I had, there was an option to disable this in the security settings but I cannot see the option at all here. So two questions really, why is it flagging...
