Ok. I would prefer to start from scratch. Boot into TWRP format data partition and copy and flash the latest stable. Alternative flash fastboot rom.

Seems to me like an old bug. Eject SIM-Carda nd you should be able to connect to WiFi to activate your Mi-Account. Workaround: change your WLAN Router or Hotspot to no password.

Can't confirm on Mi9Se. Deep Sleep bug present. Also Widevine Level 3.

Not sure, but you shouldn't have problems with flashing fastboot ROM.

All fine with Mi9Se after second reboot. Even with magisk 20.4 But security level is still 2020.01 Widevine L1 still present. Unfortunately the super wallpaper only for SOC 845
